Classes-
Children Under 16 years:
We specialise in teaching our younger students a
no-nonsense way of how to deal with the
‘playground bully’ incorporating ‘STRANGER
DANGER AWARENESS’ and ‘ANTI-BULLYING’ tactics
which has turned our students from potential
victims into survivors.
Adults:
Our adult classes are designed to meet the require-
ments of modern day threats. All of our training drills
are taken from traditional Kata and applied in direct
relation to HAOV.
Private lessons:
Private lessons are available on request and are
tailored around the individuals/groups needs and
skill levels.
Beginners to advanced welcome.
